Panoramic Views
Every fully equipped cottage has a 20 mile panoramic view of Moosehead Lake and surrounding mountains with Mount Katahdin standing majestically in the background. Our cottages range from 1-5 bedrooms with 1-3 bathrooms and kitchen, accommodating up to 20 people. We offer private picnic areas and beach.  Come see why folks say we have "Moosehead's Million Dollar View"!

Winter Sports
Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and rabbit hunting are all at your doorstep! Ice fish on over 1,000 feet of lake frontage. Winter skiing at nearby Squaw Mountain (6 miles down the road).  All rentals readily available in the area.  We have private scenic trails to enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing-you might even see some wildlife!

Fishing
The lake and river are the natural breeding grounds for trout and salmon, and the dam is the gateway through which thousands of these fish pass. Spring/Summer Vacationers
Enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, sightseeing, moose safaris, whitewater rafting on the Kennebec and Penobscot Rivers; climbing and hiking on Kineo, Squaw and Spencer Mountains; four-wheeling, or just about anything for those who love the outdoors. Wilsons is the ideal place to spend a family vacation together, with innumerable activities to interest every member of the family, young or old. The perfect place to do everything...or nothing at all!

Fall Vacationers
Fall features some of the most unbelievable foliage in New England, and several hunting seasons including moose, partridge and deer. Master Maine Guides are available for hunting, drift boating, and lake fishing.  We have packages for hunting season to include accommodations, meals and guide services-and everything in between!
