7% Maine Lodging Tax is additional. Cottage prices are based on occupancy as noted. For each additional person, add $35.00 per person per night or $180.00 for the week. Children 12 and under are half price. Children under five are free.
Pets are welcome with prior approval but must not be left unattended, must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Credit card on file is required for damages ($10/day or $50/wk charge).
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Refundable with 30-day notice less a $25 processing fee. July, August and Holiday reservations require a 60-day notice. The remaining balance is due in full upon your arrival. No refunds for early departure. We honor all reservations and you must pay for what you reserve.
Check in is after 3pm. Check out is by 10am.
